The new Facebook/Myspace?

A couple facts...

  • Facebook makes over $8 million a MONTH from advertising alone.
  • Myspace makes almost $25 million

WE, the users, don't get any of this, even though WE are the ones making the pages, writing the blogs and uploading the pictures!

There's a brand new social networking site called Yuwie, which actually pays its members just to use it!

The site has all of the features of facebook, but here's the best bit, the more you use it, the more you get paid!

Facebook has everything you need? That's fine! I love facebook, and only use Yuwie to make money.

Programs Disappearing...

Posted by Pam on February 9, 2006 at 4:13 PM Comments comments (0)

I had quite a few PTR programs listed on my site, however I have been trimming them down.  Some treated members poorly, some I didn't make any money with, some didn't credit my account for the work I did, and a few other reasons down the line.

If you want to know about a specific program, and it is not listed on my site, send me an email and I will send any info I have.

See ya...

The Frustrations of Earning Online

Posted by Pam on January 29, 2006 at 5:12 PM Comments comments (0)

I have been searching for months.  Not what to sell, how to sell, or how to get traffic to my website.  I am looking for the simplest of all things.

I can place a book or software on my site.  I can add a link to it.  But, where does the link take the customer?  I assume it takes them to PayPal.  I would hope that PayPal would give me the link.

Now...  when someone wants to buy something, they click on a button, it takes them to PayPal, they pay for it...  where do they go from there?  How do they actually get the product?  I can't send it to them via email because I am not on 24 hours a day, contrary to what my family says.

So, I am assuming there is a place they can go to download the product.  If it is on my site, what stops someone from downloading it without paying?  How does a download work?  If one person downloads it, is that a copy they are downloading?  Will the next person be able to download it?

All the gurus give all kinds of advice on marketing, list building, traffic generating, but not one of them can or will answer the basic of all questions.

Keep it real...

Pam
